Step 1: Register
- Receive Worldsync Starter Package
- Complete Readiness Assessment
- Organize project team
- Identify trading partner(s)
- Kickoff Meeting
- Preliminary Project Plan
Step 2: Prepare
- Finalize Project Plan
- Define Functional Mapping
- End User Training (UI &/or technical review of XML schemas and message requirements)
- Attend educational webinars
Step 3: Item Setup
- Prepare Item Data
- Hardware/Network environment established
- Connectivity Testing in Mock
- Identify workflow scenario and users
- Send Test Data Messages
- Validate Item Data
- PIM certification, if applicable
Step 4: Publish
- Connectivity Testing in Production
- Send Production Messages
- Publish Data to Trading Partners
- Finalize end user training (if needed)
